At TopeBookGhostwriters, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to deliver high-quality, tailored eBook writing and ghostwriting services that meet your needs and exceed your expectations. While we stand by the quality of our work, we understand that refund requests may arise. This policy outlines when refunds are available, as well as the conditions and limitations to ensure fairness for both our clients and our team.

Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are entitled to a 100% refund in the following cases:
  • You request the refund before our writers or editors begin work on your project.
  • We have not yet assigned a writer or started any portion of the agreed work.

When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will not be provided in these situations:
  • You have purchased a special or custom package.
  • You request revisions beyond the initial concepts.
  • You fail to respond to our communications for more than 14 days without prior notice.
  • You request the project to be put on hold at your own request.
  • You violate our company policies.
  • Your creative brief is incomplete or lacks essential project details.
  • Your business has closed or changed its name.
  • You request a refund due to change of mind, partner disagreement, or other reasons unrelated to our service delivery.
  • You have accepted multiple sets of revisions after delivery.

Incompetent Delivery

If you believe the work delivered does not meet your project requirements:
  • We will first provide unlimited revisions to address your concerns.
  • We may reassign or rewrite the work at no additional cost.
  • We may offer free future service credits of equal value.
  • If, after all reasonable attempts to correct the work, we are still unable to meet your requirements, a mutually agreed partial refund may be issued — but only if the final work is substantially off-mark compared to the agreed brief.

Late Delivery

We strive to meet every deadline. However, if your order is delivered late, you may request a refund if:
  • You can provide documented proof that the delay was our fault.
  • You have made at least three attempts to contact us about the delay.
  • Refunds for late delivery will not be granted if the delay was caused by missing information, incomplete instructions, or other actions on the client’s part.

Refund Request Timeframe

  • All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the final delivery.
  • Refund claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Minor technical issues such as typos, grammar errors, word count discrepancies, or missing references.
  • Dissatisfaction based solely on writing style preferences.
  • Delays caused by the client’s own actions or lack of timely communication.
