Privacy — we collect little, and say so.
We are a writing service, not a data business. Here is everything we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect
| Quote form | Name, email, and what you tell us about your book — used solely to respond and provide the service. |

| Payments | Processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card details. |
| Website | Basic, privacy-respecting analytics (page views, referrers). No advertising trackers, no data sale, ever. |
Why we can process it
Under UK GDPR: performance of a contract (delivering your project), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, basic site analytics), and consent where required (e.g. interview recordings — always asked first). We process only what the service needs.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries that don't become projects: deleted within 12 months. Project materials: retained for 12 months after delivery (so we can help with revisions and files), then deleted unless you ask us to keep or remove them sooner. Ask for deletion at any time: hello@topebookghostwriters.com.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR (and equivalent laws such as the CCPA for California residents): access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. Email us and we'll action it within 30 days. UK complaints: the ICO (ico.org.uk); we'd appreciate the chance to fix things first.
Sharing
Your project is shared only with the team members working on it, all bound by confidentiality. We never sell, rent or trade personal data. Service providers we rely on (hosting, email, payments) process data under their own compliant terms.
