How do we preserve your voice?
Before a single chapter is written, your writer studies how you actually sound: your notes and any existing writing, a recorded conversation (with your permission), a 10–15 minute voice questionnaire, and a chat about the authors and styles you love.
The first-chapter test — the clause that makes bait-and-switch impossible
We deliver chapter one for your approval before anything else is written. If it sounds like you — your vocabulary, your rhythm, your tone — we proceed. If it doesn't, we rewrite it at no cost, and keep rewriting until it does. We never proceed past chapter one without your approval. It's in the guarantee.
How do you approve every chapter?
Chapters arrive in batches — the first three, then the next three. You review, give feedback, request changes (two revision rounds included), approve, and we move on. You're never locked into a draft you don't love.
"This chapter is perfect"
Great — we move on to the next batch, and you get your weekly progress update as usual.
"The tone is too formal here"
We fix it. Tone notes, missing detail, a character who doesn't sound right — that's what the revision rounds are for.
"I'm not sure yet"
Then we talk it through with your project manager before writing continues. Nothing proceeds on uncertainty.
What do you keep?
Everything. On final approval you receive your manuscript in Word and PDF — plus, depending on your package, the edited and proofread text, EPUB files ready for upload, high-resolution cover files, and live listings on Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Google Play and Kobo.
