Pricing questions, answered straight
Are these prices per word or per project?
Per project. You pay a fixed price for your complete manuscript, whether it lands at 40,000 or 60,000 words (within reason — very large projects are quoted separately, in writing, before work starts).
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Revisions (first two rounds), communication, meetings, file delivery and support are all included. The only exception: if you significantly change the scope — say, doubling the word count — we agree any additional fee in writing before proceeding. That's in your contract too.
What if I'm not happy with the writing?
You approve a first-chapter voice sample before the full book is written — if it doesn't sound like you, we rewrite it free until it does. After delivery, two revision rounds are included. If we still can't get there, the milestone guarantee defines partial-refund terms based on completed work. The guarantee in full.
Can I see examples of your work before I commit?
Yes — we share anonymised samples (with previous clients' permission) matched to your genre. Ask us and tell us what you're writing.
How does the guarantee interact with the deposit?
Change your mind within 14 days of purchase, before writing starts, and your deposit is refunded in full — no reason needed, no cancellation fees. Once writing begins, milestone protections take over. Details here.
