The most important sentence on this website: before any money changes hands, we sign an agreement making the copyright, the royalties and the credit for your book entirely, permanently yours. This page explains exactly how — and what to watch for anywhere else.
What the agreement gives you

What some services don't tell you
Public complaint records around ghostwriting and vanity publishing document the patterns to refuse anywhere: ownership left "to be agreed on completion," royalty shares taken by default, books published through the vendor's store accounts (making your own book hostage to their login), and manuscript "release fees" invented after the fact. Selling rights later
Because ownership is fully yours, every future door stays open: traditional publishing deals, foreign translations, audiobook licensing, film options. Nothing in our agreement needs unwinding, because nothing was withheld. That's the practical meaning of "100%."

Can I publish my ghostwritten book with any publisher?
Yes. You own the copyright outright: self-publish, sign with a traditional publisher, sell translation or film rights — no permission from us needed, ever.
What if my book becomes a bestseller — do you get anything?
Our sincere congratulations — and nothing else. No royalties, no bonus clauses, no retroactive claims. The fee is our entire compensation, whatever the book earns.
Do you keep any rights to use my book as a sample?
Only with your explicit written permission, and only anonymised. No permission, no sample use — consent is opt-in, not buried in clause 47.
Can I credit the ghostwriter if I want to?
Of course — "with [name]" on the cover or a line in the acknowledgements. Some authors do, most don't; the choice is yours, like everything else about the book.
